Bombay Station got their humble start as a popular little vegan stand a music festivals. Since then, they have grown into a dynamic array of unique concepts ranging from vegan pad thai and curry to oddles of noodles and smoothies. Feeling tired? Don’t worry, they also offer a full espresso & chai bar!
Bulldog Burgery has traveled the country to some of the biggest festivals from New York to Florida to California and stops in between. They pride themselves on serving only fresh, never frozen burgers and fries. Their fries are cut straight from the potato and fried twice to perfection. The staff of Bulldog Burgery are thrilled to be taking part in FPSF in 2016

Small company out of Chattanooga Tennessee specializing in hand dipped corndogs. We use fresh chopped jalapeños in our batter to offer a Corndog unlike any you ever tasted. We serve fresh brewed tea or squeezed limeade, and recommend you finish your festival experience with one of our selicious funnel cakes!
JuiceLand is a fountain of freshness located on the Houston Heights Hike and Bike Trail, a mindfully delicious fueling station for those on the path to wellness!
King of Pops
King of Pops is Atlanta’s favorite handmade ice pop peddlers. All our pops our made from fresh and local fruit and dairy in all types of crazy flavors. Find us under the rainbow umbrella!
Koagie Hots is a Korean influenced food truck serving cheesesteaks, hot dogs and much more! Our Koagie’s begin with a fresh, daily-delivered french baguette loaded with toppings such as in-house marinated Korean BBQ ribeye, our signature kimchi, onions, aioli, and the customer’s option of provolone or wiz. Koagie Hots was recently featured on the Cooking Channel show Carnival Eats for the K Dog, our unique spin on a “Korn Dog” and fries is definitely worth checking out as well.

Muiishi Makirritos is owned by Chef Matthew Mui. After being a sushi chef for some of Houston’s biggest sushi joints he decided to open the affordable sushi bar, a food truck. Matthew wanted to create different concoctions and meet people from all parts of Houston. Of course they couldn’t do raw fish and didn’t want customers to eat sushi piece by piece so they created a maki (sushi roll) burrito filled with all cooked ingredients!
At Oddball Eats, we are mobile purveyors of round food, bringing you ball-shaped food with mostly Mediterranean/Middle Eastern flair. We’re excited to be a part of FPSF where you’ll be able to enjoy our fabulous falafel and our popular pulled pork mac and cheese balls! You can find us in Houston weekly at various spots including each of the two Urban Harvest farmers markets
Once Upon A Cone
Once Upon a Cone is a Texas family owned and operated small business ice cream concession. This is our 6th year with FPSF, and it is one of our faves! We love serving ice cream to lovers of ‘awesome’ soft serve ice cream, available in vanilla, chocolate and swirl. We have cups, cake cones and waffle cones and can dip in three flavor favorites: chocolate, cherry and butterscotch. We also serve a 24oz root beer float. And…Free Sprinkles!

SMOOSH is a local Houston food truck that offers a selection of homemade ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, floats, cookie splits and sundaes. Customers can create a build-your-own unique ice cream sandwich like a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie with peanut butter brownie ice cream or a peanut butter cookie with French vanilla ice cream sandwich. A cookie split is similar to a banana split and features two cookies, three flavors of ice cream, two toppings, with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Specialty toppings are available like Nerds, chocolate sauce and cooked bacon that can be sprinkled on an ice cream sandwich, sundae or cookie split.

Southernmost Falafel has proudly been serving the festival community for over 25 years. We are famous for our healthful and delicious falafel with hummus, grilled lamb or chicken gryos, homemade tzatziki sauce. Everything is prepared on site, fresh, colorful and tasty. Sticky’s Chicken food truck is a brother and sister team that introduced to Houston, wings that have been in their family for over 15 years. In its first year of existence as a food truck, it was voted “Best Wings of Houston” through the Houston Press. The truck is based on the “secret sauce” that is cooked throughout their dishes. Sticky’s sauce is a secret recipe that has its own distinct flavor, uniquely blending a Southern Texas barbecue inspiration with a hint of an Asian twist. Its name comes from the sweet and sticky consistency the sauce becomes after cooking and glazing it on chicken. The wings maybe award winning, but the best seller is the Chicken over Rice; sautéed chicken cooked in Sticky’s sauce on top of garlic rice.

Texas Tamale Company is located in Houston, Texas and has been since 1985. Texas Tamale makes gourmet tamales that are sold nationally in frozen sections of grocery stores & a Mexican deli here in the heart of Houston. Texas Tamales gourmet tamales are truly a Husk above the average tamale being all natural, gluten free, and made without lard.

The Sandle’d Chef Smoke Shack
The Sandle’d Chef (Ben Stephanou) was born in Houston, Texas to a Grecian American father and a Japanese mother. He started his BBQ joint in Nor-Cal and soon returned to the Lone Star State. The business has expanded to 3 trailers, and Ben hopes to display that even with a casual dining experience modern cooking techniques and ingredients can elevate any dish. Be sure to check out the booth that was voted Best Food last year at FPSF! We are stoked to come back and serve you!
The Waffle Bus
The Waffle Bus serves Sweet and Savory Waffle Sandwiches to the streets of Houston. Voted 2014 Houston’s Favorite Food Truck by My Table Magazine Culinary Awards and also featured on Food Network and Cooking Channel. You’ve never had Chicken and Waffles like this!
Wild Bill's Soda
Wild Bill’s Soda is based on the outskirts of Austin and has been bringing our western-themed wagon of soda taps all over Texas for the last 5 years. Our 8 different flavors of old fashioned soda & root beer are made in Austin with recipes dating back generations. To top it all off, our soda is served in stainless steel collectible mugs designed to drop the temperature as low as it can go. Whether you bring your mug back year after year or continue to add to your collection, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better mug for all your delicious beverages.
