For additional information on Secure Ticket, please refer to Front Gate Tickets’ Ticket Protection page or call (888) 512-SHOW (7469).

  3. Craigslist, StubHub & Scalping

While Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, VividSeats or any broker site may appear to save you cash and allow access to the festival, many of these are either already used or are counterfeits.

If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your tickets on our Tickets page or frontgatetickets.com to purchase your tickets every single time. Also, in the event of a festival cancelation, your tickets will only be refunded when purchased through our Tickets page or frontgatetickets.com.

Often times people will try to sell their wristbands to others if they cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, the removing of a wristband automatically voids it. Security will check every wristband to assure it has not been removed and replaced. In doing so, you will be escorted directly from the festival grounds.

  4. Legal Information

Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. 13. I Have a Question About Wristband Activation Not Answered Here. Who Can I Contact?
  1. How Does FPSF Cashless Work?

It’s easy! Simply follow these three easy steps:

    1. Activate your festival ticket with the unique ID (located on the inside of your wristband) during which time you can link your credit card to your wristband and set a required PIN for security. Now you’re registered for FPSF Cashless too!

    2. Next, order at any bar location and select vendors, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.

    3. Then tap your wristband, add a tip amount, enter your PIN, and then you’re done!

  2. What Are the FPSF Cashless Benefits?
    • Save time and easy to use!
    • No need to carry cash or a credit card.
    • Accepted at all bars, food vendors, art market vendors, and festival merchandise tents.
  3. In Order to Activate My Wristband, Do I Have to Sign Up for FPSF Cashless?

No. While we certainly think FPSF Cashless the best payment option, you can activate your wristband without enabling the FPSF Cashless payment option.

  4. I Already Activated My Wristband, But Missed FPSF Cashless

Don’t stress! Visit the Wristband Activation tent, and our staff can help you add FPSF Cashless and set your PIN right there!

For more immediate assistance before the festival, please contact our ticket service provider, Front Gate Tickets, or by calling their friendly support team at 888.512.SHOW (7469) Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

  5. Are There Any Additional Fees for Using My FPSF Cashless Wristband?

Nope! It is free to sign up and free to use!

  6. Is My Credit Card Information Stored on my Wristband?

No. We do not store any financial data on the wristband. The PIN you choose during FPSF Cashless registration will always be required to make a purchase. But your card number and billing details are not stored on the wristband. So don’t worry about someone snagging your info.

  7. Is FPSF Cashless Secure?

Yes! It works in conjunction with your credit card so it carries all the same security features and protection. You will also set a PIN during registration (just like a debit card), so no one else will be able to use your wristband or your FPSF Cashless Account without your PIN.

  8. Can I Link the Same Card to Multiple Wristbands?

Yes. If you wish to allow your card to be linked to multiple wristbands, you certainly can. Each wristband will require a separate PIN. The PIN must be entered when using the wristband to purchase anything participating in the FPSF Cashless program at the festival.

  9. Can I Link Multiple Credit or Debit Cards to My Wristband?

No. You will only be able to link a single credit or debit card to your wristband.

  10. Will My Wristband Run Out of Money?

Not unless the card you linked it to does. No funds are stored on the wristband. It’s just linked to your credit or debit card. As long as you can still use your card, you will still be able to use your FPSF Cashless wristband.

  11. What Happens if My Wristband is Damaged?

First, don’t panic. We can help! Come to a Ticket Help booth or the FPSF Box Office and we will be able to help replace the wristband if you activated it. You will have to re-link your credit card for security purposes. Then you will be back in action!

  12. If I am on the Will Call or Guest List and pick up my ticket at the Box Office, can I activate my wristband and sign up for FPSF Cashless?

Yes! Once you get your wristband(s), just visit fpsf.com/wristband from your smart phone or click the Activation link in the FPSF Mobile App, and complete the easy activation steps and optional FPSF Cashless add-on right there on the spot with a few clicks!

Visit Ticket Help at each entrance or the Wristband Activation tent just inside the festival near the EAST entrance for any questions or needed assistance.

  13. I Have a Question About Wristband Activation Not Answered Here. Who Can I Contact?

Please contact our ticket service provider, Front Gate Tickets, or by calling their friendly support team at 888.512.SHOW (7469) Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

Parking is not available on the festival grounds. Please check the Downtown Houston parking map here for parking options close to Eleanor Tinsley Park.

  2. ADA Festival Entrance

There are special designated lanes at the festival entrances for patrons with disabilities. Look for the wheelchair signs above the entrance lanes or ask a staff member to direct you to the lanes.

  3. FPSF Guest Services/Access Center

Our Access Center is shared with the main Guest Services Tent, which is located inside the festival grounds off the Dallas St. entrance. It is clearly marked on the festival map. Our Access Center services include, but are not limited to:

    • Answers to questions specific to the ADA Access Program
    • Information relevant to our patrons with disabilities
    • Power outlet for recharging powered mobility devices
    • Festival map that identifies all viewing areas for patrons with mobility limitations or patrons who are Deaf / Hard of Hearing (plus one companion). Priority standing access in these areas should be provided to the patrons who need it. Please note that special ADA viewing areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
  4. Patrons with Mobility Limitations

The Festival grounds are ADA accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages. Also, it is an outdoor music festival situated in a park. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain. If it should rain, there will be mud in some places. We do not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please plan ahead and bring attendants if needed. In addition, the festival does not provide wheelchairs for rent or loan. Please make arrangements in advance if a wheelchair is needed.

Accessible portalets are available at the ends of each row of restrooms throughout the park.

  5. Special Dietary Needs

Outside food and drink (except for bottled water) is not allowed in the festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, pre-packaged items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. You will be asked to present your doctor’s note to security upon entry to the festival.

A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Out of concern for the festival staff who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent (see public map for exact location). Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.

  6. Service Animals at FPSF

Animals and pets are not allowed within the festival grounds. Inquiries regarding service animals with a valid Service Animal form can be sent to access@fpsf.com.

  7. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation Performances

We provide many American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted music performances for patrons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Email access@fpsf.com to request specific shows be interpreted. The deadline to request an interpretation is the Friday, at least two weeks, prior to the festival each year. Requests submitted after this date will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Here are the sets that will have ASL interpretation at this year’s festival:

Visit the Guest Services & Access Center for information on our wristband program. If you have mobility impairments or are Deaf or Hard of Hearing you can request an Access wristband at the Access Center. This wristband is to show our team that you (plus one companion) are eligible to enter the wheelchair platform or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing areas.

Note: the wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. Both areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The wristband is non-transferable.

MyFest

  1. What Is MyFest?
  2. What Is the Difference Between "E-List" And "MyFest"?
  3. What Happens If I Don't Create A MyFest Account?
  4. How Do I Sign In To MyFest?
  5. What Can I "Add" To MyFest?
  6. What Is The Music Player?
  7. Additional Questions About MyFest
  1. What Is MyFest?

Creating a MyFest account today gives you access to the festival all at your fingertips. Once the festival schedule is available, you can prepare the festival by creating a customized schedule based on the artists you want to see, and share with your friends so you can plan beforehand together.

  2. What Is the Difference Between "E-List" And "MyFest"?

MyFest is how you customize your entire FPSF experience from which artists you want to see, and when you’re going to see them. Anything you add will be added to your customized MyFest on fpsf.com.

  3. What Happens If I Don't Create A MyFest Account?

Basically, you can continue to use the entire site, listen to the music player, learn about bands, see when they are playing, participate in contests and all that jazz without ever interacting with MyFest. But you’d be missing out (and who wants to do that?). Signing up for MyFest lets you customize and compare your ideal festival weekend and keeps you up-to-date with what’s happening during the weekend. Signing up for MyFest does not sign you up for our e-mail list.

And no, signing up for MyFest doesn’t mean we’ll bug you with unwanted updates. You’re in control and you can customize as much as you want to.

  4. How Do I Sign In To MyFest?

You can access MyFest by clicking on the horizontal bar at the top of the page. Simply click on the “MyFest” button. For first time users, you’ll be instructed to create an account.

The MyFest bar lives on every page and will keep you signed in once you log in. So you can go explore artists and craft your schedule, and always have access to your MyFest from every page.

  5. What Can I "Add" To MyFest?

Anything that has a “+” or “+ ADD” button. This can include, but not limited to:

    • Bands on the Lineup Page
    • Individual Artist Pages
    • Set Times from the Schedule Page

Keep an eye out for the “+” or “+ ADD” and make sure to click that button. Once you add something to MyFest, you will see the green bar on the left light up. This means your time has successfully been added to your MyFest so that you can stay updated with special notifications.

You can always remove something from MyFest as quickly as you can add it. Just look out for the “-“ or “- REMOVE” button.

  6. What Is The Music Player?

The music player is a collection of Soundcloud tracks from artists appearing at FPSF. It will stream continuously as you navigate throughout different pages of the website. You can activate the player without being signed into MyFest, either by clicking the play button on the bottom of the page, on the Lineup or Schedule Page or any Band’s Page.

Want to see the whole playlist and explore new artists? Click the up arrow button on the left side of the music player bar to see the whole list.

We chose Soundcloud to source all music tracks so that the artists could decide what music they wanted to share and so you wouldn’t have to create any other accounts to listen to it. As more artists add tracks to Soundcloud, we’ll add them to fpsf.com.
